We are open earlier and closed later during holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
We never use call-center operators, so you'll always speak to our very own floral associates, and all of our flowers are made in-store and hand-delivered.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please try and place your order at least 1 day (or preferably more days) to assure your order does not get canceled or delayed, prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretaries' Day/Administrative Professionals Week, Nurses' Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
We are OPEN on ALL major holidays, but hours may vary. Please call to make sure.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary, please contact us via phone for more information on the particular zip code you will be sending your flowers.)
U.S. orders must be received before 02:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. If you need to place an order after 02:00 p.m. for same-day delivery, please call us directly at (323) 726-6968, and will do our best to get the delivery out as soon as possible!
We only provide photo services by request, which means if you'd like a photo of the actual arrangement you ordered, please place your order by phone and make your request known to the operator. There will be a $7.75 fee for this service. For multiple arrangements in the same order, each additional arrangement photo request will be $3.79. Thank you for your cooperation.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Especially during special holidays and special seasons with popular delivery dates. Flowers for funeral services will be guaranteed to arrive before service time.
We make deliveries 7 days a week.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and certain seasons. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
